Peter Flotz
Founder & CEO
Mr. Flotz is managing member of Florida-based Lansing Melbourne Group, LLC (LMG). LMG has developed over 22 million square feet of projects in the United States since 2003 and has partnered with many well-known institutions such as Fortress, Goldman Sachs, Wachovia and General Electric.

LMG has consulted throughout the world on real-estate development operations and large-scale parking solutions.

Prior to starting LMG, Mr. Flotz ran the parking and design finance practice for the largest design firm in the world, HNTB. Among his many accomplishments there, he grew division revenues from $2 million to $26 million in three years (a 1,200% increase). Career highlights include his work on large development projects for the Howard Hughes Estate, Killington Ski Resort, Mel Simon Properties, Forest City Enterprises, the Broward County Convention Center, the Fashion Mall at Plantation, and Quantum Park in Boynton Beach.
Kent Gregory
Co-Founder
Kent Gregory is the majority owner of MGB Development Group which is a national commercial real estate development company with offices in Savannah, GA and Dallas, TX. Over his 32-year real estate career he has developed projects in over 35 States and Europe. Mr. Gregory started his professional career with IBM in sales and held numerous positions in management and product development. In 1988 he was recruited by the Trammell Crow Company and move into commercial real estate. His focus was Fortune 500 accounts and build-to-suit projects.
In recent years his development career has expanded to include multifamily with approximately 1000 units under construction or in the development pipeline plus hotel development & ownership with Hyatt and Hilton. Mr. Gregory has a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Thomas University in St. Paul, Minnesota and an MBA from Pace University in New York City. He was the founder of the Minnesota Real Estate Institute in Minneapolis and has a Masters in Corporate Real Estate. In addition, he led the founding group as board chair to create the Fulton Leadership Academy.
Amy Myers
Director Of Operations/ Design Development
Over Amy's 30 year career she has traveled the United States and Europe specializing in Department of Defense (DOD) and aerospace construction industries. Her early work within the DOD included supporting US Air Forces in Europe and our North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) allies at the command and Joint Staff level, and later with the US Navy Fleet Ballistic Missile program.
After returning to the US, her focus shifted to residential construction and project management. Subsequently combining skills from both worlds while working with an aerospace fabrication General Contractor building the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Space Launch System mobile launch platforms and launch pads at Kennedy Space Center, FL. She also had the unique opportunity to perform as the Logistics Lead for ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition during the season 3, Altamonte Springs, FL build. Amy’s diverse background brings hands-on experience that drives LMG projects to completion.
Seth Meltzer
Director Of Capital Markets & Finance
Over a 16-year career Mr. Meltzer has participated in the identification, financing, acquisition, tax credit syndications, management, and redevelopment of over $250 million in real estate assets.

As a result of his ability to foster public-private partnerships Mr. Meltzer has been able to make successful investments in distressed areas that capitalized on a mix of state and local grants, low interest economic development loans, and accommodating tax abatements from multiple industrial development agencies.

Additionally, Mr. Meltzer founded, then ultimately sold, Action Investor Network, the largest real estate investor association in upstate N.Y. He has held various board positions over the years and is a longtime supporter of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America organization. Mr. Meltzer holds a B.S. from Rhode Island College and an MBA from the University at Albany.
Andrew Holton
Developer
Andrew has spent the last 15 years specializing in the development of public private partnerships. Since 2016, he has been a developer and fund manager focused on building walkable communities in markets that are underperforming their potential. A partner in a variety of investment management vehicles, including several opportunity zone funds, Andrew focuses on turning good ideas into sustainable and financially viable projects. Prior to his private sector work, Andrew worked with the N.C. State Treasurer and the North Carolina Retirement Systems, an institutional investor with approximately $100 billion in assets under management. During that time, he worked in various roles, including the lead attorney for the Local Government Commission and General Counsel.

Throughout his career, Andrew has served as an expert and consultant on economic development, demographic, finance and legal issues for organizations such as the University of North Carolina, the Triangle Community Foundation, the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation and Wake County, North Carolina. Andrew serves on the boards of Education North Carolina and the Caris Foundation. He holds a JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Nicole Jenkins
Associate Developer
Nicole Jenkins joined the LMG Team with a wealth of experience as a paralegal specializing in real estate transactions. Her knowledge of real estate law, commercial leasing, diligence materials and high-volume closing transactions make her an integral part of the team. She is expanding her knowledge into construction project management and is on track to join the ranks of Developers within the LMG team. Nicole is currently managing our New Hampshire market and is heavily involved in the logistics and project pre-development activities. Nicole is also spearheading a new division of LMG that focuses on industrial properties in the New Hampshire area.
Nicole’s educational foundation is a BA in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte, and she is currently pursuing a Construction Management Specialization at Columbia University. Her professional pursuits are balanced with a passion for promoting cancer research and creating a volunteer organization aimed at enriching the mental health and well-being of those affected by cancer.
