The Flats On High Street is the first residential development by Lansing Melbourne Group in Nashua. Project Description

The NOVI series is a three phase project consisting of three separate parcels under the same family name. Novi Lofts is the second largest of the series topping out at eight stories and will consist of 86 residential units, communal amenity space as well as 7,885sqft in retail/ restaurant space. Novi Lofts will also house the first rooftop wine bar/ restaurant in Downtown Concord! Considering this lot's unique location sandwiched between Union Street South and Market Street we will pay special attention to the integration of the retail units into the surrounding environment which will be important for the success of the future retail tenants. For example, providing wider sidewalks and outdoor street level terraces for retail and allowing for private use of such spaces helps to bring activity generators to the exterior of the project in a way that engages the general public and pulls it in. We will be following closely the Union Street streetscape plans that the city is working on.
